Make A Wish

Make a Wish is an extraordinary organization dedicated to giving kids with serious medical conditions great experiences that provide hope. It's hard to describe how thoughtful and amazing the MAW folks are when creating these experiences. Note: some families may feel they can't accept this type of gift because of their circumstances - don't let that stop you. If you wish, you can always "pay it forward" to another family by making a donation to MAW in the future. https://wish.org/maine

Grahamtastic

Grahamtastic's mission is to provide free technology to children with cancer and other serious illnesses to support their education, as well as their social and emotional well-being. Grahamtastic focuses on kids in the Northeast US. https://www.grahamtastic.org/

Lucy's Love Bus

Lucy’s Love Bus is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that helps children with cancer and, as of February 2022, their siblings by providing free integrative therapies such as massage, meditation, acupuncture, music therapy, and therapeutic horseback riding. Integrative therapies ease children’s pain and anxiety during and after traditional medical treatments. https://lucyslovebus.org/

Camp Hope

For one week each year, the YMCA's Camp Jordan in Ellsworth, Maine, is transformed into a camp for not only kids who have experienced cancer or serious blood disorder but also their families.  Kids who attend often consider it the highlight of the year -  a place where everyone "gets it". [As an aside, a serious zip line called Sienna's Flight in her memory is there!] https://www.campjordan.org/camp-hope
